Note there is no full time Quartermaster, please email equipment requests with dates required and quantities to info@126.bp-guild.ca to arrange a pickup time.

Tuesdays between 6:00 and 6:15 pm or Thursdays between 7:00 and 8:00 pm are most likely to work well for our volunteers.  Please reach out by Email well before your desired pickup date.  

2024-10 our inventory has been updated:

• 126 continues to bring the inventory up to pre-fire levels and this year we loaned our marquis tents to the Pacific Jamboree held at Camp Barnard in Sooke, BC.

• We have acquired 5 new 2 burner propane stoves from PJ after sales, as well as large pot and pan sets requested by a Burnaby group.

2023-10 our inventory has been updated: 

• We received a donation consisting of a large 3 burner propane stove, coleman propane stove, coleman gas stove and lantern, as well as some blue foam pads and other items.  

• We have been hard at work sorting through the tent parts to confirm what is in good working order for the winter season and PJ in 2024.
